We are a first-generation dealer group that sees the car business through a vastly different lens than others in the industry.  Responsibilities - Auto Service Advisor: Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options for auto repairs, maintenance, recall work, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule appointments for service work Greet customers and answer auto repair/maintenance questions Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work  Review completed work order with customer and ensure their concerns were addressed Maintain high CSI score Qualifications - Auto Service Advisor: Auto Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager or Dealership experience is preferred Basic automotive operational knowledge Good computer, customer service and communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Team first mentality Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
