Our starting base rate of pay is $20.75 per hour.  We also offer a $2 per hour shift differential for our employees who work our night shifts.   TNA is currently looking for Tire Building (ATOM) Technicians to operate production equipment in our fast-paced, automated plant environment. This role is responsible for efficiently and effectively operating automated production equipment as well as basic mechanical troubleshooting. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED. Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications. Must be able to pass background and drug screen. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Load components or component material from a rolling  Check machine and building materials for approved tolerance. Monitor control panel and interpret results for problem solving by troubleshooting and determining impact on each downstream process.  Change and clean extruder dyes. Maintain tire building goal for each production schedule. Follow safety instructions and SOP guidelines. Report immediately all equipment malfunctions, unsafe equipment, improper functions, and material/product deviations to the Supervisor. Report quality assurance abnormalities to the Supervisor. Keep a clean and safe work area throughout your shift. Perform other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant standing and walking up to 12 hours per day. This position may require lifting bulky objects up to 120 lbs. Pushing/pulling wheeled racks. Occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting required with full range of motion.
