The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Supplemented by a Competitive Commission Structure of 2% on Sales within designated territory  Health insurance and other benefits Dynamic and innovative work environment Key Responsibilities - Sales Manager: Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales performance. Training and Development: Ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge for the industry. Qualifications / Requirements - Sales Manager: Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2 years of proven experience in sales, or in a managerial/supervisory role is required Experience in textile or nonwoven industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies. Knowledge of textile or non-wovens is a plus.
