Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: • 10 months of role experience is required. • Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application. • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs. Clinician to Patient ratio: 1/4 Is on-call REQ? On call is required but can pick up as much as they want. Manager typically doesn't assign call for the first ~6 weeks, after that manager schedules them weekday and weekend call in rotation with staff and the with option to pick up additional hours. Schedules are posted 6 weeks out. Special Requirements: IR/Stroke cases. Scrub Color: All: Any color; OR/Cath Lab: provided RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved. Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD). Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
