Top performing and award-winning, Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network specializes in meeting the health needs of kids every day.FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Full TimeI would like the Job Description to say the following. . .ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing medical nutrition therapy in specialty pediatric clinics; primarily oncology/hematology, Endocrinology and our Community Nutrition clinic.You will guide the growth and wellness of pediatric patients, educating parents, collaborating with MDs/RN/case managers as well as home infusion companies to ensure children have what they need to be successful.Time management and the ability to work in a rapid-paced clinic is necessary.You will assess patients' needs, make and/or revise individualized care plans, provide education and document actions in compliance with all regulatory and organization standards based on the patients' health care needs.You will provide outstanding customer service in support of our organizational values while serving a diverse populationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or universityRegistered member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferredRegistered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with Academy of Nutrition and DieteticsMinimum two (2) years clinical dietetics experience preferredPosition SummaryThe Clinical Dietician is a collaborative opportunity on our Nutrition Services team.
