We believe culture makes a difference and we strive to build lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community.    We need to hire a Service Advisor/Writer  to provide prompt, dependable, high-quality, consulting for Harley-Davidson vehicle service guests by using current pro-active feature/benefit processes and active delivery presentation for new and used vehicles.  The position is designed to create an exceptional experience for the customer / prospect, create an ongoing and growing revenue stream, and repeat / referral business.  We value our employees and invest in their success. Health, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance Employee discounts 401(k)   with match - we invest in our team Referral Program We offer training paid by the dealership through Harley-Davidson University  We are a growing organization with room for advancement   Duties include but are not limited to: Guide customers through the entire motorcycle repair/maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, offer 'specials', sell parts, accessories & installation, schedule service appointments, follow their bike from service bay entry to completion, quality control bike, and review competed work order with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor/Writer: Service Advisor / Writer experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided! Good communication, customer service, computer and sales skills Driver's license and good driving record is required Ability to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is required Ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a plus! A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required.  We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
