Look no further than Metform, where we prioritize family values, safety, and quality in everything we do.   Job Summary: As a Parts Coater, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, operating mechanical equipment to coat parts while upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.   Job Duties: Operate assigned mechanical equipment with precision and efficiency. Ensure that all produced items meet stringent quality control requirements. Complete all necessary documents accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area according to 5S standards. Uphold our commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and quality in all aspects of your work. Be flexible and ready to assist with other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.   Experience and Education: Perform work under direct supervision, demonstrating the ability to handle basic issues and escalate more complex matters as needed. Possess a beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter, with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience driving powered industrial equipment is a plus.   Competencies/Skills: Ability to interpret and execute work instructions accurately. Proficiency in following both written and verbal directions. Basic verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate within the team. Strong foundational mathematical skills.
