Unit Description: Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for Shaw Cancer Center in Edwards, CO. The Food Operations Manager will manage Food & Nutrition operations for the hospital. The Food Operations Manager will develop and manage a team of hourly employees and will collaborate with other leaders at Vail Health.  The schedule will be Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends.
