Job Summary We are looking for a Master Scheduler who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementing, and monitoring our production schedule to maximize efficiency and productivity. Job Duties Responsible for determining the quantity and availability of materials necessary for master production scheduling Responsible for managing scheduling to ensure on-time delivery with minimal expediting. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service teams to satisfy and maintain Customer requirements. Determine key Inventory and delivery KPIs. Utilize and maintain (ERP) systems and other databases to track inventory levels, manage material flows, generate reports, and ensure an accurate costing system. Forecasting, Capacity, and risk management. Inventory management and reduction activities Planning and overseeing the work of multi-site Production Planners. Monitor and control cycle count process. Train and evaluate others. Perform other duties as assigned. Resolve all inventory related supply issues Review trends to improve inventory operations including; purchasing, materials, suppliers and storage Represent the organizations inventory needs when developing or maintaining supplier relationships Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Experience and Education Previous working experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles Perform complex tasks typically following established processes Lead and direct the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field and at least 6 years of experience CPIM, CIRM, CPP, APICS certification or equivalent An advanced degree preferred Competencies/ Skills High level of proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and MS-Office Interpersonal skills such as teamwork and good listening skills Must possess good reasoning and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.     EOE-Minority/Female/Disability/VeteranVarious agencies of the United States Government require employers to maintain information on applicants pertaining to factors such as race, sex, and type of position for which an individual applies.
