Job Description Join our ReadyRefresh team as a Field Service Technician in Fort Myers, FL Both experienced professionals and recent technical college graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate to get advanced training in the field of Point of Use (bottle-less water cooler) filtration systems and office coffee equipment. Professional training/ certification for this technical role is offered through on the job training. Our Field Service Technicians that perform equipment repairs on routes are key to our success.   Schedule: Monday - Friday, start time between 7:00 - 7:30 am, 1st Shift, Full-Time, Day Shift Pay: $25.35 / hour (starting rate based on experience) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid time off, employee assistance, referral program and much more! Day 1 benefit enrollment and vacation accrual starts!   Key Responsibilities Complete installations, repairs, troubleshooting and maintaining plumbed-in Point Of Use equipment (Water - Filtration) and office coffee brewing equipment per field service standards and procedures Ensure all work is performed to quality standards and customer expectations Maintain courteous and professional contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and leverage up-sell opportunities Must meet pre-established productivity targets (egg, 8-10 completed stops per day) Charging fees as appropriate for work performed Maintain and organize tools, equipment, parts (Direct Division Materials) and truck inventory Responsible for providing feedback regarding equipment and parts to help drive supplier improvement Support our Direct division sales teams with customer site assessments and system installations Record service activities and other data in hand-held computer Other duties may be designed as necessary as it relates to the needs of the position Qualifications What you need to have A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience  Previous experience working with Point Of Use equipment and/ or Office Coffee brewer equipment, and or other related product lines is preferred Prior HVAC experience, plumbing experience, water filtration, and/or auto mechanical technical experience is strongly preferred but not required No driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations No major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, reckless driving, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal incident Be an articulate verbal communicator Possess strong organizational skills and a customer centric focus Display a high degree of initiative combined with a commitment to high quality work standards Be technically inclined and detail oriented Be able to work both independently and as part of a team BlueTriton Brands offers an extensive portfolio of highly recognizable, responsibly sourced and packaged spring water, purified water and water beverage brands that include Poland Spring®, Deer Park®, Ozarka®, Ice Mountain®, Zephyrhills®, Arrowhead®, Originâ„¢, Saratoga®, AC+ION®, Pure Life®, B'EAU®, Splash Blast® and Splash Fizz®.  BlueTriton Brands also owns and operates ReadyRefresh®, a customizable water and beverage delivery service that has been certified as a CarbonNeutral® business.      Based in Stamford, Connecticut, BlueTriton Brands and its affiliates in the United States and Canada employ over 7,000 employees.
