Job SummaryProvides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.Our therapists provide 1:1 care with our patients.We offer generous continuing education including a full MedBridge membership and support for advanced certificationsAs a large health system, we offer many growth opportunitiesOur Epic EMR allows for seamless care and better transparency of physician notesAs a Not for Profit organization they may be eligible for debt forgivenessEssential FunctionsPerforms evaluation procedures to assess the level of disability with regard to scope of practice, goals and a plan of treatment, and to make appropriate recommendations.Provides a treatment program and education to restore and return maximal function to the patient.
