Job Description:

New Story offers customized and targeted consultative services including assessment, strategic planning, in-school and in-classroom supports designed to strengthen the quality of special education services in schools, provided additional capacity and knowledge to staff and contribute to small and large-scale improvements across the district.   RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Provide direct treatment and interventions to students under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a school setting and in a 1:1 or group environment Collect and maintain accurate and timely records, record data, and chart client's progress with high fidelity. Review and implement BCBA feedback on an ongoing basis Maintain compliance with RBT Ethics Code in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors Communicate effectively and compassionately with students, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for students, families, and colleagues Seek personal growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence Maintain accurate and timely records Maintain compliance with HIPAA and/or FERPA requirements Represent New Story professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders Adhere to New Story and school-specific policies and procedures Other duties as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS | WHAT YOU BRING High School Diploma, required BA/BS Psychology, education, child development, or another related field; preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Be in good standing for Insurance Credentialing Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse and Neglect, Fingerprinting.
