We are dedicated to fostering children's natural curiosity and learning capabilities to their fullest potential.   About the Role   As a Preschool Teacher at Kid's World, you will guide our youngest learners on their educational journey with a curriculum that blends structured learning with play. You will contribute to a child's first steps in education, helping them to discover, explore, and learn in an environment that values each child's individual journey.   You will also... Create a warm and inviting learning atmosphere Collaborate with other staff to plan and implement educational activities Communicate effectively with parents and guardians Maintain an organized and vibrant classroom setting   What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Strong communicator with the ability to help students delve deep into subjects Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check Prior to being hired, a teacher shall have twelve post-secondary semester units or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades (C or better), at an accredited or approved college or university, as well as, at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program.   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
