Description Leidos Defense Systems is seeking an experienced RF Integration Engineer to join our team, specializing in Integration, Assembly Test and Checkout. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration and testing strategies for complex RF systems.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement integration and testing strategies for complex RF systemsParticipate in design reviews, identify issues that could arise during integration and provide solutionsIdentify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues during integration and testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integration, test and checkout activities to ensure seamless integration of systems and components.Develop and maintain work instructions for integration and testing processesProvide support to production floorBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in integration and testing of complex systemsStrong knowledge of RF systems with the ability to troubleshoot through entire RF chainExperience troubleshooting hardware, firmware and software issuesStrong knowledge of integration and testing methodologies and technologiesExperience with system integration and test tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similarExperience with electronics test equipment such a multimeters, oscilloscopes and VNA'sExperience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or similarStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsMust be U.S. CitizenPossess SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret ClearanceMust be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.Preferred QualificationsExperience on DoD programExperience integrating antennas, radars and communications equipmentExperience developing system requirement verification plans, functional decomposition / allocation, and ICDsExperience involving Model Based Systems Engineering approaches, methods and techniquesOriginal Posting Date:2024-03-28While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
