Utilizes the knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate with the patient's age, to ensure that care provided meets the unique physical and psychological needs of the patient. Understands the functionality of multiple types of Imaging equipment including DR, CR, fluoroscopy, C-arms and portable radiographic units. REQUIREMENTS Preferred Associate's Degree Required High School Diploma Graduate of AMA-JCH approved program in Radiological Technology. Less than 2 years Required ARRT - Am Registered Rad Tech CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider RT - Radiology Technologist SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Must be flexible with work assignments and be able to handle the ever changing demands within an Imaging department. Must have the ability to use problem solving skills. Must be accurate in details and be willing to learn new aspects.
