Job Description:

Position Overview: The Electro Mechanical Intern will work in a hands-on learning environment, assisting in the maintenance of all production equipment, which includes but is not limited to: electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, servo, and PC systems, as well as general building maintenance. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing preventative maintenanceTroubleshooting breakdownsEquipment installationInstallation of electrical equipment including cable trays, pulling cable and wires, running conduit, installing drives and motors.PLC troubleshooting and programmingReplacement and installation of lighting fixtures and lamps as required.General building maintenanceAll other duties as assigned Qualifications: Good troubleshooting ability, manual dexterity, and ability to read and comprehend schematics and blueprintsFamiliarity with AC, DC, low voltage, and 480VMust be able to climb ladders and work with aerial platformsExcellent communication and organizational skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to multi-task and work independently and in a team environmentMust be enrolled in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Automation Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering program and working towards a degreeMust be enrolled in a school that is close to De Pere, WI. This position is a year-round position, and will be working directly inside out De Pere Division of Folding Carton. Preferable NWTC or FVTC, however, other schools will qualify.
