Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance. Ability to read, interpret, and follow diagrams, blueprints, schematics, instructions, and operation manuals. Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery. Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed. Operating a variety of hand and power tools. Must be able to understand how to use testing equipment, such as a multimeter.  Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. while also able to push or pull up to 80 lbs. Will be required to adhere to policies in place per company or federal guidelines. Will be required supply hand tools used while working that meet required regulations. Ability to work a continental schedule of 12-hour shifts, potential overnight scheduling, and possible required overtime. Perform any other duties, as assigned, to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of products, processes, and work environment. Qualifications: Associates or technical degree, preferred. (CIT, INT, or EAT certification, recommended) 3 years of experience within industrial manufacturing maintenance, preferred. Prior Welding experience (preferred) Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Business System (or equivalent).  Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for extended periods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to act competently in emergencies. Prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience.  Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction.
