The manager assists the department director in meeting The Joint Commission Standards, complying with corporate policy and procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, promoting internal and external customer satisfaction, and appropriate resource management. What qualifications you will need:Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date HCA Florida JFK Hospital was named in honor of our 35th president.
