They are providing the most advanced automotive products for very demanding OEMs. This opportunity is about 90 miles east of Memphis, TN. This company has never had a layoff in its nearly-100 year history! Job Responsibilities - What Will You Do? ·      Direct Team Leaders and hourly production members in their assigned manufacturing area that could include assembly, injection molding, powertrain, stamping, urethane, welding, etc. to achieve production goals. ·      Manage the operational unit ensuring goals and targets are met in line with company policies. ·      Uphold manufacturing standards for safety, product quality, and efficiency. Job Qualifications - What Do You Need? ·      Associates Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ·      Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience required, 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. ·      Fast-paced manufacturing environment experience required, preferably in automotive. ·      Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles required, experience with production methodologies such as Six Sigma or Toyota Production System preferred. ·      Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle. ·      Willingness to work 2nd shift. Compensation and Benefits: Base compensation for this role is between $63,000 and $70,000, based on experience. Bonuses are available, and there is supplemental pay available for hours worked in excess of 45 hours per week.
