This opportunity is just the ticket!What you get to do: As an Guest Arrival Ambassador (Admissions) you'll play a key role in defining our guest experience by presenting a welcoming spirit to guests entering the parking lot, the main gate area and throughout the park. You will communicate park information to guests while enthusiastically displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality. You will also: Work in a team environmentInteract with others in a professional mannerEnsure positive enforcement of park policiesSell guest parking and monitor park traffic flowValidating tickets for guest park entranceAdminister park surveys to guestsOperate cash registerMaintain monies and sales information for audit and balanceFollow proper cash handling proceduresWork any front gate position as neededWhat it takes to succeed:Must be at least 18 years oldBasic computer proficiencyExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent cash handling abilitiesAbility to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systemsWork with large amounts of cashAbility to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsPrevious guest/customer service experience preferredBilingual or multilingual communication skills a plusJoin the team !
