Job DescriptionThe Sr. Catering Services Manager is a leadership position which leads all aspects of catering solutions and special events within JMU Dine. This position will lead the Catering team to complete events or catering delivery requests in line with customer expectations and service standards.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and complete catering solutions to meet customers? needsDevelop and maintain effective client and customer rapportDeliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out eventsFacilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event ordersAssist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients? needsTrain and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentationProvide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event Responsible for delivering food and labor targets Responsible for execution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and managementEnsure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivablesRecruit, train, schedule and develop team members Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policiesAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
