Job DescriptionThe Catering and Suites Sales Manager will work closely with the Premium Director to generate and maintain new business in all premium stadium areas to meet or exceed budgeted revenue goals and to ultimately aid in conducting a successful event.  The Sales Manager will be part of a team who sources, follows up and generates leads for selling functions on behalf of at Oracle Park.   COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $70,000.00 to $85,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Job ResponsibilitiesSpecific to the property are opportunities to support returning events as well as one time opportunitiesMaintaining and developing current client relationshipsResponding to customer inquiriesDeveloping proposals and contractsRecognizing opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to exceed client expectationsWorking with event planners on property to manage the event's entire experienceMaking outside calls to generate new catering businessThis job profile does not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities.
