"‹ Job Title:         Program Director (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Dept/Pgm:      Supported Independent Living Reports to:      Director of Social Services Pay Range:          $105,000 - $115,000 Location:             Oakland, CA 94612 Office Hours:     Mondays-Fridays 8 am-5 pm Program Director - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Make a lasting impact by directing our Supported Independent Living program! In this key leadership role, you'll guide a compassionate team providing counseling, therapy, case management, and more to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations across clinical care, crisis management, and client services Provide direct counseling, therapy, case management, and resource coordination Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Lead crisis intervention and triage for clients experiencing acute psychiatric episodes Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented multidisciplinary team Analyze data and reports to measure productivity and optimize performance Collaborate with prescribers and across departments for integrated care Ensure compliance with policies, licensing, funding requirements, and quality standards Manage budgets, contracts, and the fiscal health of the program Identify opportunities for growth and enhance service delivery What You'll Bring Current LCSW license in California with 3+ years of post-licensure experience Clinical supervision experience in mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis Crisis intervention skills and expertise working with the SMI population Ability to lead a team and represent the agency with community partners Strong administrative capabilities and commitment to ethical practices Deep understanding of harm reduction, stages of change, trauma-informed care Cultural humility and respectful approach with clients and stakeholders Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Collaborative nature and dedication to our mission Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
