You'll be at the heart of: Account Management Collaborate seamlessly with local Workforce Partner teams Nurture business relationships through regular, meaningful engagement Address and resolve any employer concerns with finesse Business Development Build and maintain impactful relationships with local and regional employers Decode employer needs and provide solution-oriented approaches Liaise between area businesses and Workforce Partner Team members Local Marketing and Outreach Craft local marketing strategies that align with overall objectives Negotiate media placements and develop effective marketing materials Tech-Savvy Management Oversee Salesforce database and report on activities 🎓 Qualifications Associate's degree in human services or business preferred (or 2 years of relevant experience) Account management, negotiation, and sales experience preferred but not essential Reliable transportation/valid driver's license (light regional travel required) Background check is a must 💎 Why Choose VABIR?
