We are a first-generation dealer group that sees the car business through a vastly different lens than others in the industry.    Responsibilities - Customer Service/Relations Manager:   Call Service Department customers after completed service appointments to make sure they are satisfied, solve complaints, provide solutions, and more Build relationships with customers Solve customer complaints quickly and effectively and escalate to management when appropriate Help sales and service team up-sell or cross-sell services and products Study competition to find new ways to retain customers Document customer communications   Qualifications Customer Service/Relations Manager: Proven experience as a Customer Service Rep or equivalent  Able to solve customer complaints quickly and efficiently Problem-solving aptitude and work wells with a team Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction) Automotive knowledge is a plus Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets A positive 'can do' attitude  and good work ethic Thrives in a fast-paced team environment Driver's license and insurance High school diploma or equivalent   Full-time Benefits: From $60,000/year Medical, dental and vision insurance  401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation and holidays Monthly employee recognition  Employee discounts on vehicles and more Career growth and advancement A supportive team workplace
