Bring your 'A' game to work every day! Greet customers and identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key! Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives Guide customers through the sales process while overcoming any objections for an immediate purchase. Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Prospect for new customers Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and our dealership's success Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude Qualifications - Sales Associate:   Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication and customer service skills. Positive, driven and helpful Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays  Motorcycle endorsement is preferred. We will help you obtain it.
