Overview Manage day to day operations of an Interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, chaplains and aides. Ensure high quality of care and excellent service delivery to patients and families under hospice care. Manages positions within the department to achieve quality and productivity, and meet budget. Experience: Minimum two years Hospice experience, required. Prior demonstrated clinical leadership, required. Licensure/Certification: Recurrent RN licensure in appropriate state, required. CHPN, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and departmental-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successful complete Leader training and education . Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
