Provide a completely satisfied customer experience Maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) score Qualifications - Service Advisor: Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferred Automotive operational knowledge A friendly 'people person' with excellent customer service and communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
