Allen Lane General Sales Manager, Renaldo Honda Responsibilities - Sales Consultant: Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website. Initiate rapport with customers and demonstrate all the features and the value of the Honda brand to all potential buyers. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from our extensive inventory suited to their needs. Great communication & listening skills are essential. Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success. Accompany customers on test drives. Follow up with customers after the sale to express appreciation for their choosing Renaldo Honda for their automotive needs. Consistently improve on your techniques for asking for and closing the sale. Complete all required sales documentation efficiently and in a timely manner. Qualifications and Requirements  - Sales Consultant: Must be well-versed in our vehicle line-up, performance standards, inventory, and accessories.
