The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving revenue growth within our service department.   If you are a dedicated individual who excels in customer service, enjoys sales, and thrives in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity to contribute to our service department's success and customer satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities:    1.  Customer Service: - Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. - Provide accurate information about services, pricing, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. - Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and coordinating service requests. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and resolve any issues that arise. 2.  Sales and Promotion: - Actively promote and upsell service packages, maintenance plans, and relevant products to customers. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs and preferences. - Collaborate with the sales team to align service offerings with customer requirements, contributing to revenue growth. 3.  Product Knowledge : - Develop a deep understanding of our service offerings, including technical aspects, benefits, and value propositions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers. 4.  Communication : - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Keep customers informed about service progress, delays, and any changes to appointments. 5.  Problem Resolution : - Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments if necessary. - Proactively identify potential service-related problems and address them promptly to prevent customer dissatisfaction. 6.  Documentation and Reporting : - Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service appointments. - Generate regular reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and service trends to inform decision-making.   Qualifications and Requirements:   - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a service department or related field. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset. - Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Adept at working independently as well as part of a team. - Enthusiasm for learning about technical aspects of services and products. - Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.     Benefits:   -  $50,000 - $90,000 includes competitive salary and commission structure - Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development. - Opportunities for advancement within the service department and broader organization. - Employee discounts on company products and services. - Health, dental, vision and wellness benefits package. -401(k) matching -Paid time off -Closed on Sunday   Rohrman Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
