Long-term job security and career advancement Employee purchase programs and discounts on products and services A family-oriented, positive and professional team environment Family-owned and operated State-of-the-art facility and technology Responsibilities - Service Technician:   Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or manufacturer standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specifications Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing technology Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made in a timely and effective manner Other related duties as assigned     Qualifications/Requirements - Automotive Technician:   Previous Auto Tech / Mechanic experience required Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and/or Master certifications are highly desired! We welcome Technicians from other brands and industries such as: Firestone, Valvoline, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, Express Oil Changes, etc. Hold and maintain a valid driver's license Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
