  Automotive Service Manager $150,000+ Opportunity! Auto Service Management Experience is Required A leading Automotive Dealership needs to hire a Service Manager  with a proven track record of success, to be responsible for driving excellent results in operational efficiency and high levels of customer AND employee satisfaction/retention for their High-Volume Service Department  in the Brooklyn, New York area.     Responsibilities - Service Manager:   The Service Manager is responsible for the overall department production and serves as the main support for Service Advisors and Auto Technicians Manages and hires technicians, service advisors, and support personnel Solves problems and meets predetermined services and sales objectives Directly supervises service department personnel; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures Ensures processes are in place in order to evaluate staff, workflow, and to communicate clearly with customers Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity Oversees employee training and development Ensures a safe working environment and proper maintenance and repair of all equipment   Qualifications - Service Manager:    Management and/or Supervisory experience in a shop or dealership setting Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills Team building and development ability, motivational and leadership skills Understanding of Service Department financial analysis Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen Benefits:   $150,000+ Opportunity!
