The Program Manager - Logistics Route Scheduling is responsible for the scheduling of the routes in the Brink's CIT network. The routes are optimized paths for Brink's messengers to deliver cash and/or other valuables to customers around the country based on their specific service contracts. This role will report to the Scheduling Manager - it is based in Coppell, TX. The Control Tower Scheduler will be responsible for driving continuous route optimization for Brink's branches of operation around the country. The Control Tower Scheduler will own end-to-end relationships with branches, customers, and internal leaders across the country. They will work with tech leadership to develop and continuously improve the route optimization process. Key Responsibilities: Manage system configurations to drive optimal routes, adhere to operational constraints Create the schedule of required stops for the routes and manage changes in schedules Work with the contract team to update customer service days and addresses Fix inaccurate customer service windows and premise times Long term, enable strategic changes such as network optimization, reprioritizing customer service levels, and labor planning Leverage systems, relationships, and process design to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency Maintain and provide quality customer service Maintain positive Employee Relations and work environment, while creating a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement Maintain the highest level of integrity, dignity and standards both on an internal and external basis; maintain high ethical standards and protect the Brink's reputation by delivering high quality, reliable programs and services which meet customer expectations Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or minimum of 2 years experience in supply-chain or transportation planning Experience with analyzing route planning outputs and information Prior experience with route planning software Intermediate technical skills in Excel Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in supply chain software Knowledge of route analysis and logistics Knowledge in supply chain analytics Master's Degree or equivalent level of experience Professional Skills: Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills About Brink's Brink's is the global leader in security and logistics services, trusted by banks, financial institutions and businesses in both public and private sectors.
