If you are a Staff Accountant looking for your next opportunity look no further than below!Responsibilities:As the Staff Accountant you will generate comprehensive month-end production reports for department leaders to ensure a clear overview of operations.Play an integral role in assisting with the month-end financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.The Staff Accountant will maintain a watchful eye over bank accounts and promptly update journal entries as necessary, guaranteeing financial transparency.Manage leases, oversee rent adjustments, and reallocate rent expenses to optimize financial management.Address and resolve accounting issues for both department leaders and staff members, fostering smooth financial operations.Serve as a reliable resource for staff, offering guidance and assistance with Profit Power, a commission-based accounting software.The Staff Accountant should stand ready to serve as a backup for various critical functions, including 1099s, payroll, commissions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and escrow, ensuring seamless operations during any contingencies.Requirements:Three to five years of accounting experienceStrong communication skillsKnowledge of general accountingExperience with residential real estate preferredExperience with accounting software Profit Power a plusExperience with Sage IntacctIf you are a passionate, vibrant and a Staff Accountant with a go getter attitude and ready to help our client grow, please apply!#staffaccountant#staffaccountant#INOCT2023#CBOCT2023
