Job Description:

GEE Group is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a leading manufacturing company dedicated to excellence and innovation. Reporting to the Controller, youll collaborate closely with business leaders, support financial operations, and drive performance analysis initiatives.Key **· Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial impacts and educate departments on cost drivers.· Support journal entries, reconciliations, month-end processes, and special projects.· Assist in implementing financial systems and preparing reports on projects and assets.· Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.· Provide ad-hoc analysis to support company performance.· Ensure accuracy in invoicing and inventory reconciliation.· Maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing demands.Minimum *· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment· 5+ years of financial analysis experience.· Knowledge and ability to do Cost Accounting· SAP proficiencySkills & ****· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and financial principles.· Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
