In addition, the position will be responsible as Project Leader for cross functional problem-solving activities as assigned by Division leadership to support Aftersales Issues (ex - BO Parts reduction special activity, WH repair projects, shipping damage root cause and countermeasure coordination). This position will also be the communication window to Export Service Personnel related to products which AHM serves as the Exporter.Key AccountabilitiesLead stakeholders inside Honda to identify, plan, and complete tasks as needed to ensure Aftersales service-related readiness for product launches for all PS&P development projects including imported productDevelop & implement divisional schedule of new model plans to ensure awareness and feedback of Divisional LeadershipLead stakeholders inside Honda and external vendors to identify, plan, and complete cross-functional problem-solving tasks as needed to ensure Business Unit goals. Ensure monthly reporting related to assigned tasks including export service coordination to insure progress and closure of issued Quality Information Communications (QICs).Support IQI (Initial Quality Inspections) and Maintenance Ability Confirmations (MAC) activities to confirm market quality of all new PS&P products and ensure feedback to development team dealer expectations for in market serviceDevelop & communicate the vision, strategies, and technologies to steer the deliverables of the team.
