Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm (some flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.Responsibilities:Coordinate support for the ICM Regulatory groupBook travel (heavy international)Process and submit expensesManage two to three calendars for Partners and CounselAssist with scheduling for junior associatesServe as right hand to one Partner: organize desk, stick to billing deadlines, and ensure response to client emailsQualifications:15+ years of experience at a major law firmConfident and decisive professionalOrganized and detail orientedCompensation/Benefits:Up to $95-100K base depending on experienceCompetitive medical and dental benefits27 days PTO401K with match, gym benefits, commuter benefitsFree lunch on Tuesdays and ThursdaysBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
