The main function of this resource is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through an understanding of end-user needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Engages with the business development team and / or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem / goalsAnalyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraintsCoordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are metDesign, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of designAnalyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modificationsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required, industrial design or interactional design / UX design is preferredMinimum 2 to 4+ years of experience requiredworking with multidisciplinary and cross product teams, delivering beautiful end-to-end user experiences across multiple screensusing design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects as examples)ability to lead products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design processExperience in software design and development nice to haveExperience in professional UI designExperience with data-driven UI designStrong communication and problem solving skills$45.00 - $49.50 per hourFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life/AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA/HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
