Whether you are looking for a lower-level IT position or a high-level executive position, we are here to help you find the right opportunity.We are currently seeking a talented Level 3 Strategic Technicianto join our client's team onsite in Chandler, AZ.Duties and Responsibilities:Installing and configuring OS on client systemsMigrating client data to new systemsPicking up surplus equipment from usersPreparing old equipment for re-dispositioning and e-waste handlingProcessing and testing failed systems returned from clientsEnsuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional mannerMay be required to perform client or interdepartmental deliveriesDaily and quarterly preventative maintenance checks in the conference room environmentDaily updates in the database of record, both online and offlineMonitoring of online queues to assist customers with break / fix and meeting support requestsAssisting with large deployment or renovation projectsServer landing / decommissionLanding preparationRail / hardware installationCablingRemote management setupPrep for shipping if neededDesignate parts identified for waterfall usageProper hard drive handling and disposalUnboxing / boxing of servers, ISM paperwork for shipmentsProvide escort service for vendors / techsMaintain ISMP ticketing systemRFID application / scanning, inventory labelingHelp transport hardware from lab to labHelp deploy new tool PCsHelp disposition old hardwareHelp audit machine hostnames, serial numbers, network to drop informationHelp update asset records, fix, and maintain inventoryHelp clean up old lab and storage spacesHelp sort re-use parts for stockHelp monitor the queue for the "Acronis backup failure tickets" and re-run the manual backups and apply standard fix if they continue to failPutting OS on non-IT supported systemsBreak / fix support of software / hardware issuesManaging and updating ISMPSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of technical experience desiredMust be willing to travel between buildings using personal car / footMust be able to work independentlyMust be flexibleMust be able to lift 35 lbs. soloMay be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periodsMust have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skillsRequires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word primarily), Windows 8 and Windows 10Technical certifications a plusWe offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life/AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA/HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
