Join us and be a part of something truly extraordinary!Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, medical history, and functional limitations.Develop personalized treatment plans based on a assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based techniques and modalitiesImplement treatment plans through hands-on therapy, exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other appropriate interventions.Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies for optimal recovery and prevention of future injuries.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and goal achievement.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing information, in compliance with legal regulatory requirements.Participate in professional development activities, such as continuing education courses, workshops, and peer review sessions, to stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy.Be a leader and mentor to junior Physical Therapists and/or assistants in the workplace.Eager to learn and provide hands on support with care and exercise programs using cutting edge technologies.Perform administrative tasks i.e. progress reports, daily notes in a timely manner and assist with program and staff development.Be a part of a high functioning and flexible team.Qualifications:Degree in Physical Therapy form an accredited program.CA State License or eligibility for licensure as a Physical TherapistCPR CertificationStrong Clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative passion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.Prior experience in a clinical setting, outpatient or orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred but not required.An interest in specialized programs.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience SalaryOpportunities for professional growth and advancementFlexible scheduling options (weekends & Evenings)Health InsurancePaid time offRetirement PlanFlexible hoursOur Work Environment & Health Care Setting includes:Modern office settingWellness programsOn-Site Mentor Orthopedic Residency ProgramClinicOutpatientPrivate PracticeExclusive ARX Equipment Specialties:SportsGeriatricsNeurologyOrthopedicsOccupationalPhysical & Rehabilitation MedicineWork location: In person, Pleasanton, CAJoin us at APTE & B2H and be part of a team dedicated to making a real difference in peoples lives!
