The candidate must exhibit drive, thought leadership, and have very strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities to lead the delivery of complex technology solutions. This includes understanding business and technical aspects of the system and navigating a highly complex multi-organization ecosystem.Key Accountabilities•    Responsible for portfolio management of the iN and FieldLink portals supporting Dealers, Distributers and AHM business Associates. This includes managing system and security upgrades, infrastructure refreshes, enhancements, and bug updates. •    Manage the production of analytics and reporting for system health of the portals.•    Actively engage with infrastructure hosting and info sec teams to lead and mitigate cyber risks.•    Serve as the lead for production support and application maintenance for the Unit, including incident and problem management. •    Ensure the unit implements all IT compliance standards within agreed timeframes.•    Responsible for ensuring that the unit adhere to Honda IT policies such as Security, PII and SOX, including responding to audit requests.•    Ensure partnership and collaboration with various cross-functional teams like product management, process, project management, infrastructure, operations, and business teams.•    Gather and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's strategic business plans and provide consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to the Dealer Apps team.•    Gain in-depth knowledge of company's existing IT architecture/infrastructure, and technology portfolio.Qualifications, Experience, and SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience•    Minimum 5 years of recent experience in IT Portfolio Management, System and Data Security, Applications Security and Compliance and Administration•    SOX and PII experience preferred•    Management, Coaching and Leadership experience is preferred; success working with and responding to Audit, Regulatory, and/or Review teams, and effective negotiating, moderating, and influencing skills•    Ability to prioritize issues and deliver high quality, timely results; excellent Service Management skills with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority•    Expert in conceptualizing, writing, and diagramming cross-functional IT technical and business processes, and workflows both individually and with a team and implementing them•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential•    Must have strong leadership, analytical skills, process orientation skills.•   Experience performing root cause analysis and formulating counter measures.•    Experience with Microsoft Windows and Unix / Linux Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and/or similar products, macros, scripts, and queries•    In-depth experience of existing B2D and B2B Web Hosting environmentâ–ª    Experience delivering Customer Facing Enterprise Digital programs involving numerous external vendors and internal teams is a plus.â–ª    Ability to lead and influence at all levels, without direct authority.â–ª    Ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing and high-paced environment.â–ª    Ability to coach and mentor team and organization on Agile practices.â–ª    Possess strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.â–ª    Enable continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and observation.Nice to haves:â–ª    Automotive industry background, business acumen & understanding of OEM- Dealer eco-system is a plus.â–ª    Knowledge of networking is preferredâ–ª    Experience in enterprise Agile transformations is a plus#LI-BEV#LI-HybridWorkstyleHybridAt least 2 days per workweek, at the Torrance, CA officeBenefits and Total RewardsTotal Rewards:Competitive base salary.Manager Vehicle Lease ProgramAnnual BonusIndustry-leading Benefit Plans (Medical, Dental, Vision)Paid time off, including vacation, paid holidays, sick time, and personal days401(K) Plan with company match + additional contributionCareer Growth:Advancement opportunitiesCareer mobilityEducation reimbursement for continued learningTraining and Development programsAdditional Offerings:Well-being programCommunity service and engagement programsProduct programsFree drinks onsiteHonda is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected factor.
