Execution of strategies, performance monitoring and corrective action/countermeasures to achieve targets, as required, as well as information management by creating new processes and systems. Duties will include effective communications with outside organizations, industry groups, and regulatory agencies to achieve a common goal. Develop an internal communication network with NAAP procurement and designers to develop entry point strategies to increase the visibility of dangerous goods transportation and carbon neutrality goals and initiatives at HDMA. Develop and execute training as it relates to business direction. Assess Honda's current initiatives and develop short- and long-term strategies"”regular monitoring of Center activities to ensure alignment, overall direction to achieve all targets.Key AccountabilitiesCreate, develop and maintain procedures and flows to establish team position in Honda's ongoing commitment to support Dangerous Goods Transportation of business relationships with direct OEM suppliers regarding parts, components, and assemblies to support HDMA operations. •    Development and management of means to achieve established goals, including devising independent methods and processes that work in collaboration with other departments to increase company engagement. •    Develop and track direct supplier engagement and work closely with the Supply Chain operations and other like departments (transportation) to develop flows and procedures to collect data quarterly and assess activityCreate, develop and maintain external and internal strategies, including coordination to implement action plans to achieve Center carbon neutrality (inbound logistics) objectives.•    Management of Carbon Neutrality vision and strategies; create a short- and long-term strategy for engagement with our internal and external partners (ie, industry groups, other OEMS and, supplier benchmarking) that has Honda's best interest in mind; developing policies and programs; report progress of major activities through participation in meetings and monthly/quarterly mgmt. meetings.•    Develop entry point strategies for GHG/CO2e data gathering for inbound logistics to ensure quarterly/annual KPI reporting and target reduction activity achievement.Management and oversight of annual budget and budget preparation; development of strategy and establishment of overall program direction.
