Responsibilities and TasksResponsible for independently driving the complete Buget Process and all financials regarding the assigned Production PlantResponsible for preparing financial data as well Outlook/Forecast information for the assigned production plantPreparation of the Plant Manager and Plant Management for the Operations ReviewsMonthly Reporting Budget vs. Actual - discussions with the Plant ManagementEnsuring Financial Guidelines are followed in the assigned Production PlantResponsible to do Financial Assessments of ratio projects (PPA) for the assigned Production PlantActive participation in Plant Management meetingsTrack action plans to improve plant performanceSupport with Legal entity tasks with plant related impacts (e.g. Accruals, warranty claims, IC billing of project cost, evaluation of other financial proceedings, etc.)QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting, Finance or Engineering Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar field with deep financial/business understandingMust be a creative hands-on individual who has excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills at the highest level of the organizationMust have the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain confidentialityMust possess very well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organizationMust have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel (especially Word and Excel)Ability to travel as neededExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.Preferred:Master's degree or MBAExperience with SAPExperience working in a manufacturing environmentAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
