Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop independent verification and validation (IV&V) strategy and project Design Verification Plan (DVP).Support monitoring and controlling of IV&V efforts and strategic IV&V planning.Support evaluation and work on defects, concerns and change requests.Support requirements management and system design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) / fault tree analysis (FTA).Summarize, optimize, and finalize DVP and report overall project DVP status to customer.Give release recommendation based on IV&V results.Your QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in engineering and 5 or more years of practical experience or a Masters degree in engineering and 2 or more years of practical experience.Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer.Understanding of modelling and simulating of electric or mechatronic systems.Experience in functional safety of mechatronic systems.Experience in risk analysis and DFMEA.Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.Experience in solving engineering problems.Our OfferingSalary range: $75,000 - $120,000Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 daysHybrid work schedule6% 401(k) company matchExplore more benefits As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
