Our client, a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent HR Specialist to support their team!About the Job:Administer job requisition, internal/external posting, applicant tracking, and employment actions for all Association positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliant job postings, accurate requisitions, and supporting documents.Manage job posting/advertisement processes, tracking postings, and utilizing ATS and job boards.Conduct audits of candidate records to ensure process compliance and data accuracy.Handle candidate intake, communicating updates to hiring managers and candidates.Own and administer I-9, E-Verify processes, and ensure HR files are maintained per legal requirements.About You:Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3+ years of HR generalist experience in mid/large-sized companies is required.Possess a working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Jazz HR; CompAnalyst preferred.Strong tech savviness and skilled in Adobe, MS Office - especially Excel, and video conference tools.Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple projects, and meet deadlines independently or as part of teams or committees.About the Position:$28/hr-$33/hr, while temporary$65K-$73K, when permanentHybrid with 3 days/week onsite.Office in Arlington, VA.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
