Our client, a well known Law Firm, is currently looking for a Legal Billing Coordinator for a temporary opportunity in Manhattan. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of four years of Billing in a Law Firm setting and a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. 3E Software is REQUIRED.Responsibilities of the Legal Billing Specialist will include:Analyzing billing materials for compliance with client guidelines, fee agreements, rate discounts, and firm policiesWorking closely with partners, legal, and support staff to resolve any billing issues and ensure complianceWorking with E-Billing Specialists to ensure successful transmission of invoicesPerforming write-offs and adjustmentsQualifications of the Legal Billing Specialist include:Experience using 3E software REQUIREDAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (V-lookups, IF Functions, and Pivot Tables)Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum 4 years of Legal Billing experienceFor immediate consideration for this position please apply online!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
