Beacon Hill has partnered with a Real Estate Firm to help them find a Tenant Services Coordinator to work in their property management office in Northbrook. This firm is looking for someone with strong administrative skills and an outgoing personality to manage the front desk within the property management officeThe Role:Greet visitors and direct visitors to correct destinationScreen and direct phone calls and maintain an up-to-date phone directoryReceive, sort, and distribute mail deliveriesManage booking system of Conference RoomsDispatch work requests by tenants and ensure they are properly completedFile leases and set up new lease filesVerify COIs and proper invoicing for new vendorsMonitor office supplies and maintain an updated inventoryYou:1+ years of experience in an office environmentBackground in real estate preferredExcellent customer service skillsExtremely organized and detail-orientedBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
