Graduate of a program in discipline required. Bachelors degree preferred.Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.CertificationsBLS and ACLS current upon hire.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)/ENPC obtained within six (6) months of hire or transfer into position.Newly graduated RNs must have current BLS to start. They must obtain  ACLS and PALS/ENPC within six (6) months from hire or transfer into position.New hires will have ninety (90) days from date of hire to obtain American Heart Association certifications.
