The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team.Job Title: ServiceNow DeveloperKey Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Configure platform components to automate business processes and enhance IT service management.Develop custom applications and modules within tegrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal platform performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in software engineering specifically around ServiceNow Portal development.Demonstrate expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules.Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).Experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.Debugging and monitoring experience to ensure platform stability.HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or Workplace Services experience.Plusses:ServiceNow Certifications.ServiceNow Portal ExperienceLocation: Columbus, OH & Wilmington, DE (hybrid 3-4 days in office)Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135k - $145k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance.
