Applicant must be skilled in AutoCAD and Revit software and have a working knowledge of Single Family and Multi Family Residential construction. Responsibilities Using AutoCAD, must be able to produce and maintain multiple projects at one time.Maximize team productivity and deliver professional integrity. May be asked to review and approve the work of third-party design consultants. Present work in a manner to ensure satisfaction or make revisions as necessary.Knowledge in all of the fields concepts, practices and procedures. Perform a variety of tasks and offer extensive problem-solving skill-set. Ensure architectural work is completed on time. Maintain CAD standards and specifications. Knowledge of code compliance in all jurisdictions; city, county, state, international. Prepare CAD drawing for submittals, permit approvals, field change orders, construction documents.File management. Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications Minimum Two (2) years of experience in drafting/design for high-volume production homebuilding operation.Two(2) - four(4) years AutoCAD (or higher) experience in Architectural discipline preferred.Associate's degree or higher in Architecture, Drafting/Design or related disciplineValid driver's licenseIntermediate to advanced computer skills - Microsoft Word and ExcelMust be able to perform accurate, consistent and detail-oriented work with simultaneously deadlinesMust be highly motivatedMust be able to handle constructive feedback and work in a team environmentLennar Core ValuesOur commitment to Quality, Value, and Integrity is the underlying foundation upon which Lennar was built, and these three fundamental principles still guide us in caring for our customers, associates, shareholders, and community.Life at Lennar!
